On September 20, Clémentine Margaine will star as Marguerite in a concert version of Berlioz’s “La Damnation de Faust” at this year’s Enescu Festival. Of her portrayal of this role at the Deutsche Oper, Sofitel Berlin Kurfürstendam said “the most captivating performances throughout were undoubtedly those by Faust’s adored Marguerite, Margaine’s vitality shining through particularly vividly in her delivery of “D’amour l’ardente flamme.”

Her Faust is tenor Peter Hoare, Méphistophélès is bass Nicolas Testé and Brander is baritone Șerban Vasile. John Nelson will conduct this performance.
